To ensure that all our guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile battery packs in guest rooms.

[Important Safety Requests]

• When leaving your room (for outings, dining, hot spring use, etc.), please refrain from charging your mobile battery pack.

• When charging, please do not place the battery pack on windowsills exposed to direct sunlight, or on beds, sheets, or other flammable materials.

• While charging, please ensure the device is kept in a location where you can personally monitor its condition at all times to prevent any potential accidents.

Please note that if our staff observes any of the above situations during room cleaning, we may stop the charging or move the device to a safer location for your safety. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
